Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Education (CE) Designations
Within 7 days of successful completion of the program, delegates will receive via email a Certificate of Completion with the designated continuing medical education credits.

|Physicians||This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CME Outfitters and AABB. CME Outfitters is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This live activity is designated for a maximum of 13 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.|
|American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)||All AABB educational programs satisfy the “formal education” option of the ASCP Certification Maintenance Program (CMP). Participants are eligible for a maximum of 13 CMP points.|
|General Continuing Education Credit||AABB designates this activity for a maximum of 13 Continuing Education (CE) credits for other allied health professionals such as medical technologists, nurses, laboratory personnel, etc.|
In keeping with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) standards for commercial support, everyone who is in position to control the content of a continuing medical education activity is asked to disclose all relevant financial relationships with commercial interests. ACCME defines a commercial interest as any entity producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients. (Providers of clinical services directly to patients are not commercial interests). A relevant financial relationship is a relevant financial relationship in any amount occurring within the previous 12 months. Note that ACCME requires relevant financial relationships of spouses or partners to be included for conflict of interest disclosure purposes. Relevant financial relationships reported by faculty will be disclosed at the beginning of all continuing education sessions.
